Why do we read?
We read every day. It is one way that we communicate, and therefore it is incredibly important. The more you read, the more your spelling, punctuation, vocabulary and comprehension will improve. It is important to read different genres/text types to help you with key literacy skills. Try reading for 10 minutes every night. Find a book about a topic you enjoy, and make it a goal to finish the entire book.
